The ‘invasion’ occurred in the early 2000s.

In late 2004, members of the WWE roster were present at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida to film the West Side Story-inspired commercial for the 2005 Royal Rumble pay-per-view.

At the time, TNA Wrestling ran their events out of Universal Studios. Multiple TNA talents showed up to the commercial such as Shane Douglas, Traci Brooks, Konnan, R-Truth and Brian ‘Road Dogg’ James. James went over this situation on his ‘Oh…You Didn’t Know’ podcast

The other guy that we (TNA talents) talked to (at the Royal Rumble commercial shoot) was Chris Jericho. I’m pretty sure it was Chris, (Chris) Benoit. They just came out to catering and they didn’t know. They probably thought, you idiots (he laughed). I mean whatever, but we know some of ‘em and so like you said, there was K-Dawg, Truth and me and so, everybody knew somebody and so it was kind of a, hey man, I wish we weren’t doing this thing so we can just talk to you and say hey. I wish we could just hug right now. Anyway, then we just went back and ate box lunches.

While mentioning Traci Brooks, after she and Frankie Kazarian scored a win over Alisha and Eddie Edwards during part one of IMPACT 1000, it was revealed to Traci that she is going to be inducted into the IMPACT Wrestling Hall of Fame.
