NXT achieves third-highest 18-49 audience since moving to CW

NXT drew its third-largest 18-49 audience on CW for Tuesday’s episode featuring a #1 contenders match between Ridge Holland and Andre Chase.

The November 19 episode averaged 672,000 viewers and 250,000 viewers (0.19) in the 18-49 demographic, per Wrestlenomics and Programming Insider.

The audience grew by 7% this week while the core demo audience experienced a 16% increase and the largest since October 8, which featured Randy Orton vs Je’Von Evans.

NXT ranked #12 among broadcast and cable programming on Tuesday in the 18-49 demographic and aired against an NBA doubleheader on ESPN & truTV and a México vs. Honduras soccer game on TUDN.  

Wrestlenomics reports that the final quarter featuring Holland vs. Chase was the peak quarter with 731,000 viewers and 277,000 viewers (0.21) in the demographic, which grew 10% and 6% respectively from the previous quarter.

Sportsnet 360 in Canada saw NXT average approximately 97,000 viewers and 50,000 in the 25-54 demographic. Last week’s show averaged 101,000 and 46,000 in the demo. On Tuesday, NXT didn’t place among the top ten sports programs, which included five NHL games and an NBA game.
