Saito commented on the injury.
All Japan Pro Wrestling was without their Triple Crown Heavyweight Champion Jun Saito for their February 11th show.
Jun and his brother Rei Saito successfully defended the AJPW World Tag Team Championships on 2/9, but during the bout, Jun suffered a left leg injury. It was officially diagnosed as a left quadriceps injury and intramuscular swelling.
In addition to the 2/11 show, Jun is also off the promotion’s February 14th event. Filling in for him will be Kuroshio TOKYO Japan.
Jun took to X and noted that he’ll be back soon.
