Kross’ fiery appearance on Raw Recap.
There was a singles match at WrestleMania 41 night two between A.J. Styles and Logan Paul that Paul emerged victorious from. Karrion Kross showed up during the bout and attempted to get Styles to use brass knuckles to put Paul away and secure the win. Styles struck Kross and went on to lose to Paul.
A new episode of Raw Recap with Sam Roberts and Megan Morant was rolled out and Kross appeared and addressed not having a match at WWE’s biggest show of their calendar year in the city where he cut his teeth. He weaved in and out of character while speaking.
Kross touched on Styles, Paul and TNA World Champion Joe Hendry being Randy Orton’s surprise opponent. Before storming off, Kross mentioned that his contract status was leaked online. It was reported by Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select that Kross is in a contract year.
Kross: Let’s talk about how awesome it is that Logan Paul just won and let’s talk about — Sam (Roberts), let’s talk about what Logan Paul represents. The shortcut. Feels so good to be here. Feels so good to be in the business, thinking about all of the funerals that I wasn’t able to attend for the last 11 years in this business, all of the holidays I’ve missed. That happened organically and you ignored it for a viral moment and good on Joe (Hendry). Nothing against him. But you ignored it and the crowd told you exactly how they felt about me on SmackDown when I was eliminated (from the André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal) and you ignored it. ‘Become undeniable.’ My ass! Going into WrestleMania, Kross had been trying to bring out another side in A.J. Styles.
Over the weekend, Kross participated at GCW/Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport XIII and bested J.R. Kratos.
