WWE will be running back-to-back nights at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex next month.

John Cena made the public announcement on Raw that the inaugural John Cena Classic is scheduled for Monday, December 14, at the ESPN-branded venue in Florida. It will mark the first time that two episodes of Raw will air on the same day, with an earlier version airing live from Perth, Australia.

In addition, WWE has added an ‘Avengers: Doomsday’-themed edition of Worlds Collide on Tuesday, December 15 – one night after the John Cena Classic. The Worlds Collide event will serve as a promotional tie-in for the Marvel release of the film that week.

From the announcement:

Surrounding the events, WWE and Fanatics will stage WWE World, located at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, giving fans access to exclusive merchandise and photo and autograph opportunities with WWE Superstars. Additionally, WWE will produce and sell ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ co-branded products, including title belts, at WWE World, WWEShop.com and across select Disney retail stores.

It was not made clear where or if Worlds Collide will be broadcast or streamed, but it states that talent from WWE, NXT, and AAA would be part of the show.

It will cap off one of the most demanding weeks of the year on the WWE schedule with three live events from Australia (Friday Night SmackDown, Wrestlepalooza, and Raw), an NXT TLC special on December 12, and the John Cena Classic, and an edition of NXT on the same day as Worlds Collide.

Two-day ticket combos for the John Cena Classic and Worlds Collide will go on sale on Friday, November 13 at 10 a.m. ET, with a pre-sale the day prior.
