At the start of Monday Night Raw, there was an exchange between Paul Heyman and WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso. Heyman informed Uso that Seth Rollins is coming after the World Heavyweight Title and that Uso can pick the time and place for it to happen. Jey opted to defend the title in the main event. Later on, Heyman approached Rollins and said he could not believe Uso “fell for it.” During the World Title main event, Sami Zayn got involved to offset Bron Breakker. There came a point when Breakker laid out both Zayn and Uso. Rollins signaled for Uso to be thrown back into the ring so he can make the pin, but CM Punk made his return. Punk was beaten down by Rollins and Breakker on the Raw after WrestleMania. The aforementioned World Heavyweight Title match was thrown out when Punk hit Rollins with a chair.
Rusev had his first WWE bout since 2020 and defeated Otis. Post-match, Rusev attacked both Otis and Akira Tozawa.
