WWE performers Trick Williams and Lash Legend were married over the weekend.
The couple – Matrick Belton and Anriel Howard – were married this past Saturday at a ceremony in Jamaica, with the story coming from PEOPLE.
The multi-day event featured 120 guests, with the outlet naming Nia Jax, Oba Femi, Julius Creed, and Lil Yachty among those in attendance.
Howard told PEOPLE, “We were truly friends for a couple years. Then once we both were single we decided to get to know each other romantically.”
After a successful collegiate basketball career at Texas A&M and Mississippi State, Legend was drafted by the Seattle Storm of the WNBA but was waived after three games. She signed with WWE in late 2020 and began wrestling within a year. She was elevated to the main roster last year and won the tag titles with Jax as the Irresistible Forces.
Williams played college football at the University of South Carolina for the Gamecocks and tried out for the Philadelphia Eagles before leaving the sport. He trained at the CZW Academy and signed with WWE in 2021, becoming one of the key figures during the NXT 2.0. era. He would become a two-time NXT champion and holder of the TNA Championship before moving to SmackDown, where he is the current U.S champion.
The two announced their engagement last November.
