His physical condition led to the order.

Hiroyuki Suzuki, owner and President of GLEAT’s parent company LIDET Entertainment, issued a statement through GLEAT’s official website.

He noted that Hayato Tamura was placed on indefinite leave of absence. The promotion noticed that Tamura had been in a slump, so a meeting was organized and it was ‘clear’ that he was not well.

It was decided to remove him from in-ring competition until he improves. It was noted that Tamura would be suspended until February and the decision was made with his understanding and consent.

Tamura was last in action at the promotion’s January 26th event. In late December, he lost the G-REX Championship after having held the title for a full calendar year.
