NJPW returning to Fukuoka Dome, list of major events through June

As part of its fiftieth anniversary of events, New Japan Pro Wrestling will return to the Fukuoka Dome this May.

As part of its fiftieth anniversary of events, New Japan Pro Wrestling will return to the Fukuoka Dome this May.

The promotion announced the major events for the first six months of 2022 highlighted by Wrestling Dontaku taking place from the Fukuoka PayPay Dome.

The event was previously housed at the Dome in 1993, 1994, 1995, and 2001.

Below are the other highlights for the first half of 2002:
*February 11 – Xebio Arena in Sendai
*February 13 – Edion Arena in Osaka
*February 19 & 20 – Hokkaido
*March 1 – Nippon Budokan
*March 2 – New Japan Cup begins
*March 26 & 27 – Osaka jo-Hall
*April 9 – Sumo Hall
*May 1 – Fukuoka Dome for Wrestling Dontaku
*June 12 – Osaka jo-Hall

The New Years Golden Series of shows begins Thursday, January 20th with the full list of dates on the New Japan website.
